great ambiance but some service delays

I loved the tropical feel of the property. The rooftop bar had excellent service, with the staff going out of their way to create a welcoming atmosphere. The room was spacious and provided an amazing view of the lake, making my stay truly enjoyable.

i recently stayed in a king room with a sofa bed and was pleasantly surprised by how well the artisan exceeded my expectations while celebrating a birthday in salem. the rooftop bar and the staff were incredibly welcoming, making it feel like a tropical getaway. the beautiful design and easy access to my streaming services made my stay even more enjoyable.

Staying for two nights as a family, I found the hotel to have beautiful architecture and design. The location is perfect, close to shopping and restaurants, and the spaces are incredibly clean. However, having to call multiple times for sheets and blankets for the pull-out couch was frustrating, as was the absence of an iron in the room. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there are some improvements needed in service aspects.
